Facebook Live, Twitch streams, Kumu, online selling – there are several opportunities today to reach out to people in real-time, whether you want to promote products for your business, your music or work of art, or your show. However, it’s not always roses in the world of live streaming. There are challenges.
On Facebook, for instance, several livestreamers report problems that keep them away from broadcasting their content. These include issues with streaming quality, extended buffering times, and more. Similarly, streamers on Twitch, mostly gamers, also encounter issues, such as, but not limited to, competing to create effective content and technical issues, from Internet connectivity problems to software malfunctions. On YouTube, have you encountered a livestream cut short because the platform has turned it down because of violations? They happen.
However, live streaming is the new era of promoting your brand. With live streaming, you can connect with your viewers in real-time, creating an interactive and authentic experience that goes beyond traditional content sharing. Just imagine how fast a store can sell if they launch a live selling on Facebook.
Are those challenges hindering you from broadcasting your livestream without a hitch? You better try downloading the Tala live streaming app, loaded with features that will let you conduct your livestream in the smoothest way possible.
Last October 26th, Tala held the “TALA Spotlight: Agency Premiere Event,” which gathered content creators of all kinds – TikTokers, Instagram influencers, and Facebook influencers – at the luxurious Seda Hotel, where they learned opportunities on how they can prosper with their brand through live streaming. ‘TALA Spotlight: Agency Premiere Event’
Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts’ Seda Hotels played host to “TALA Spotlight: Agency Premiere Event” on the 26th of October, bringing together various Internet content creators in one roof to teach them how to network, take their brands to the next level, and shine.
Several things happened that day. Aside from the talks and discussions, participants enjoyed the photo booth from where they brought home memories from the event, ice breakers that handled the boredom, and giveaways from Tala’s sponsors, such as BingoPlus.
One of the attendees, entrepreneur and vlogger Hershey de Luna shared moments of the event on her Instagram account.
“@tala.official.ph Agency Premier Event… So excited to introduce & use the App,” she wrote.
Basically, the attendees got introduced to what the Tala app is all about. Read on for a closer look.
The Tala Live Streaming App
In a world filled with Facebook Live’s, TikToks, and Kumu, the Tala app is a breath of fresh air. Now downloaded more than 50,000 times and counting, this app is taking your live streaming journey to the next level. It’s not mainly a social media platform per se, but a place where you can do livestreams and reach out to the community.
“In response to the social needs specific to the Philippines, we have intentionally designed a live streaming platform focused on leisure and entertainment,” said Tala’s official page on Google Play. “Through live broadcasts, chatting, and gaming, we offer a relaxed and enjoyable interactive experience that enriches the entertainment life of Filipino users.”
The name of the app is also interesting, as it carries everything that a livestreamer can be while using the app: a star, a celebrity, a popular figure.
Upon downloading the app, the sign-up process is very simple. In just a matter of a few minutes or seconds, you will be directed to the app where you can start livestreaming. Simply tap the camera icon on the top-left corner to start livestreaming, as easy as creating a new post on your Instagram.
On the homepage, you can see livestreamers you can follow. Aside from those, you can also play games on your own or with friends. Games like blackball, UNO, and chess are available. You won’t get bored using the app.
Lastly, you will have your personal page where you can see the number of your friends, followers, viewers, and the people you follow. These will help you plan what your next strategies will be to stay on top of the competition.
Tala’s Projects So Far
Like several other businesses and brands around, Tala has to step up its game to keep thriving. One of its recent projects is its partnership with live bingo platforms, which enables the app to enjoy the huge market that bingo games have.
“Tala brings you the ultimate live bingo experience, streaming every winning moment with our pretty livestreamers,” posted Tala on its official Facebook page.
Last Halloween, Tala also organized a spooky event, “Ghosts and Glam,” where they gave away prizes and rewards for participants with the most magical and stunning costumes.
Live Streaming Is The Future
“The livestreaming boom isn’t slowing down anytime soon,” wrote Matt Binder of Mashable. “Never before has the world taken video and live video so seriously.”
Indeed, live streaming is the future. If you are organizing a show, you don’t have to pay a TV network to broadcast it. You can simply go to YouTube and start streaming your show live. If you want to share a video gameplay with a friend, you don’t need to personally visit their house. You can simply livestream your screen as it happens.
The Tala app is making it possible to livestream your content without hassles. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting your livestream journey, Tala is your stage to showcase your talent, grow your fanbase, and earn rewards even while at home. There’s also a supportive community behind you, so what more could you ask for?
